TIPS FOR ENHANCED ENJOYMENT OF WINES

STORAGE OF WINE:  

The most important issues to keep in mind about storing wine are:

1. Constant low temperature (14°C - 18°C)

2. Store away from direct &/or indirect light sources.

3. Store wines in a horizontal position

The surrounding storage temperature should at no time exceed 20°Celsius. A cool dark cupboard or pantry or even under a bed could be a good option for most people without excess to a cellar.

SERVING TEMPERATURES

Our white wines are ideally served at 11° - 12° degrees Celsius, or `Slightly Cool` rather than cold.

Our red wines will reward the palate when served at 16° - 17° degrees Celsius.
