Blanc
Cut grass, gooseberry lychee citrus and asparagus on the nose hint at the
wine to follow.
The palate is an amalgam of flavours ranging from tropical to lychee and
gooseberries.
Intense concentrated flavours of asparagus and citrus fruits overlaid on
delicate and exotic tropical fruits from a sophisticated and heavy perfume which
is Sauvignon Blanc.
This wine will pair delicate fresh sea foods such as oysters and scallops. It
also has the intensity and depth of flavour to partner creamy Thai style curry
dishes.
