From an annual crush of 3000 tonnes the state of the art and new winery can ferment 600,000 litres and has storage capacity for 3,000,000 litres.

The winery area employs 7 persons, plus the laboratory managed by Diane Chigros. Diane acts as Technical Services Manager.

Winemaker Jane Gilman oversees the technical strategies of the wine making processes to achieve the product objectives of Kahlon Estate Wines, see Bottled Products List while Mr Peter McKee manages the production of these objectives.
